Every pastry pocket, stick or croissant that rolls off our production line started as handwork. Developed in a small craft business, creating products in the bakery is still one of the most rewarding tasks.

When it comes to replicating our originals, production lines are faster – but the recipe stays the same.

Our baked goods are at home on plates all over the world. We ourselves have only one home: beautiful Waizenkirchen in Upper Austria.

Tradition and Technology

Then as now, in addition to high-quality raw materials, it is above all the gentle processing that counts. We benefit from the roots of our craft, our experienced employees and state-of-the-art equipment.

Our production processes were planned according to the latest findings and perfectly implemented in practice.

We pay special attention to the traditional processing of sourdough. The knowledge of the special characteristics of processing this sensitive natural product sets us apart. Our doughs need time to taste right. With long dough fermentation, we ensure optimal dough production for aromatic and flavorful baked goods.
