The master baker Guschlbauer, who stood in his small bakery in 1919, is still in us. With flour on his hands and the night outside the window.

Every day, up to 20 different types of bread and pastries are baked in our craft bakery according to traditional recipes and offered by our sales staff at weekly markets.

Carefully selected raw materials and years of experience of our staff guarantee only the best quality. Our range is very diverse. Whether natural sourdough, rye, spelt, whole grain rye or mixed bread, there is certainly the right one for everyone.

Fresh bread and pastries at sensationally low prices. Come to us and choose from various types of bread, fresh pastries, Danish pastries with various fillings, moist Bundt cake and much more.

Only 1 hour in the afternoon, while stocks last.

Opening Hours

  • Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
  • Closed on public holidays
Notice: From December 21, 2025 to mid-March 2026, only frozen pastries available at the factory shop.
